In this role, you will work closely with avionics, system, and software engineers to create test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation purposes. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware, we are looking for you.\n\nResponsibilities:\nCreate test systems to support all phases of product development.\nDefine cable harnesses, breakout interfaces, and test hardware setups.\nCollaborate with SW/FW for test modes, stimulation, and telemetry.\nConfigure and verify DUT operating modes prior to and during EMC testing.\nDevelop and maintain test setup and configuration documentation.\nTrack and drive on-time delivery of test hardware, fixtures, and support equipment to the EMC team.\nProactively manage the test schedule based on hardware availability, coordinate across disciplines, and remove blockers to eliminate dead time.\nMaintain real-time visibility into schedule risks and escalate early to keep milestones on track.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide input to identify issues and drive design choices.\nConduct root cause analysis in support of vehicle integration and field operations.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.\nProficient in designing electrical harnessing for rugged commercial, industrial, aerospace, or military applications.\nFamiliarity with common electrical bus interfaces\nProficient with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad).\nAbility to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable harness drawings.\nWrite and maintain automation scripts in Python to support data acquisition, test execution, and data post-processing.\nCollaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers to develop comprehensive test plans and procedures.\nEligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance\n\nCompensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
