These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization's externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Provide support of the a system; provide operations, management, and administrative support to provide 99.9% availabilityProvide additional coverage and support of the systemManage system environmentPerforms scripting of tasks to help automate administration and maintenanceManage and operate the system which includes all software, hardware, and network infrastructureMaintain all system passwords to include servers, Hardware Security Modules (HSM), HSM administrative card sets, workstations, firewalls, network infrastructure, and applications related to the system.Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support.Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.QualificationsMinimum skills and qualifications:US Citizenship required.
