We operate at the intersection of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and advanced hardware design.We're looking for exceptional engineers and researchers who want to define entirely new computational paradigms and help build the infrastructure for the next era of intelligence.What You'll Work OnAs a Quantum Algorithms Engineer, you will design and develop algorithms that leverage heterogeneous quantum hardware to solve problems beyond the reach of classical systems.You will work closely with quantum hardware architects, compiler engineers, AI researchers, and systems engineers to create algorithms optimized for our multi-modal quantum computing platform.This is a highly interdisciplinary role that combines quantum computing, machine learning, optimization, and large-scale systems research.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign novel quantum algorithms for AI training, inference, optimization, and reasoning workloads.Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows that integrate GPUs, CPUs, and QPUs.Explore quantum advantage opportunities in machine learning, optimization, simulation, and scientific computing.Design algorithms for heterogeneous quantum architectures involving multiple qubit modalities.Collaborate with compiler and architecture teams to co-design hardware-aware algorithms.Benchmark and evaluate algorithm performance using simulation and real quantum hardware.Research fault-tolerant implementations of advanced quantum algorithms.Publish research findings and contribute to intellectual property generation.Work with external partners, universities, and national laboratories on collaborative research initiatives.You May Be a Fit If You HaveRequired QualificationsMS, PhD, or equivalent experience in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of quantum computing fundamentals, including:Quantum circuitsQuantum information theoryVariational algorithmsQuantum error correctionFault-tolerant computingExperience with quantum frameworks such as:QiskitCirqPennyLaneQ#BraketCUDA-QStrong programming skills in Python and at least one systems language (C++, Rust, or similar).Experience implementing and evaluating quantum algorithms on simulators and/or real quantum hardware.Preferred QualificationsResearch experience in one or more of:Quantum machine learningQuantum optimizationQuantum simulationDistributed quantum computingQuantum networkingQuantum error correctionPublications at leading venues such as QIP, APS, NeurIPS, ICML, Nature, Science, PRX Quantum, Quantum, or similar.Experience with tensor networks, HPC systems, distributed computing, or AI infrastructure.Familiarity with fault-tolerant resource estimation and quantum architecture design.Experience working in interdisciplinary research and engineering teams.How We're DifferentWe're not building another quantum computer.We're building the computational foundation for quantum superintelligence.Our team is pioneering new domains at the intersection of physics, engineering, and AI.
