About The RoleHiring a full-stack engineer to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new featuresThings you'll be working onArchitecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shopsBuild out product & payments processing infrastructureLaunch analytics infra on Clickhouse/Kafka that support billions events/monthOwn our user onboarding flow from end-to-endLooking For Someone WhoCan be in office 3-4 days/week in San FranciscoIs proficient in Typescript/React/NodeUses Cursor/Windsurf/GPT to accelerate their workHas built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenueIs OK operating independently without product/designIs ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at ReploHas a product and customer-focused mindsetHas experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s goodValues writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain pointsBonus points if youHave a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backendHave started a company beforeEnjoy attending hackathonsWorked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previouslyHave not wasted hours interview-prepping on LeetcodeHave an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
