This role will focus on building scalable, high-performance solutions using modern Microsoft technologies, including .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, and Oracle databases , while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SCRUM environment.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDesign, develop, and implement a modern reporting framework using .NET 8.0/9.0 and Blazor.\r\nAnalyze, optimize, and enhance existing Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.\r\nBuild and maintain scalable, high-performance financial system solutions.\r\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.\r\nParticipate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies.\r\nProvide innovative solutions to modernize legacy systems in alignment with business objectives.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n8+ years of experience with SDLC, Entity Framework, Oracle (PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning), and design principles.\r\n6+ years of experience with Blazor Server/WSM and Fluent UI.\r\n5+ years of experience with Bitbucket, Nomad, and Consul.\r\n2+ years of experience with .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, and Visual Studio.\r\nStrong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks.\r\nProven ability to work within SCRUM/Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, Confluence, and similar tools.\r\nFamiliarity with Texas State Agencies or government environments (3+ years preferred).\r\nWork Environment\r\nOffice environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required.
