Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are essential to maintain high quality standards while following all safety protocols. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in industrial equipment operation within a fast-paced, professional manufacturing environment.\nDuties\nOperate packaging machines to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.\nSet up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to maintain optimal performance and minimize downtime.\nEnsure all products are packaged according to quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety regulations.\nConduct routine inspections of machinery, perform basic troubleshooting, and carry out minor repairs as needed.\nFollow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).\nMaintain accurate documentation of production activities, including shift logs, quality checks, and equipment maintenance records.\nSupport packaging operations by organizing materials, stacking products safely, and keeping the work area clean and orderly.\nPerform all work in the air-conditioned packaging room maintained at 50°F.\nRequirements\nMust be at least 21 years of age.\nMust be willing to undergo a background check.\nPackaging machine experience is a plus.\nBasic math skills for measuring, counting, and recording production data.\nKnowledge of safety standards in manufacturing environments; familiarity with GMP guidelines is advantageous.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.\nReliable communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.\nComfort working in a 50°F air-conditioned environment for the duration of the shift.\nJoin us in delivering high-quality products while advancing your career in a professional manufacturing environment.
