You’ll play an important part in delivering a great dining experience and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced, friendly environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities & Job Functions\nPrepare Fresh Biscuits\n\nMix, prepare, and bake biscuits according to company recipes and preparation standards.\n\nEnsure biscuits are baked fresh and served hot to maintain quality and taste.\n\nMonitor baking times, oven temperatures, and product appearance to ensure consistent results.\n\nMaintain a steady production pace to meet customer demand while avoiding unnecessary waste or overproduction.\n\nMaintain a Clean and Organized Work Area\n\nWash and sanitize cooking utensils, baking trays, pots, pans, and preparation equipment.\n\nKeep baking stations, counters, and preparation areas clean, organized, and ready for use.\n\nSweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.\n\nSupport the Kitchen Team\n\nAssist other food production team members with food preparation when needed.\n\nHelp restock ingredients, supplies, and baking materials during shifts.\n\nCommunicate with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations.\n\nDeliver Great Teamwork and Professionalism\n\nMaintain a positive, cooperative, and respectful working relationship with managers and fellow team members.\n\nDemonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.\n\nEnsure personal appearance and uniform meet company standards at all times.\n\nFollow Food Safety and Company Standards\n\nAdhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.\n\nFollow proper food handling procedures to protect guest health and product quality.\n\nSupport all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.\n\nWhat Makes This Role Great\n\nBe part of a friendly, team-oriented environment\n\nHelp create fresh, high-quality food every day\n\nLearn valuable kitchen and food preparation skills\n\nMake a real impact on the guest experience\n\nFor 60 years, Hardee's has brought communities together with quality, delicious food.
