Read and interpret blueprints and/or work plans, distribute to applicable team members as needed.\nLead, implement, and ensure adherence to established safety principles, processes, standard operating procedure (SOP) and job hazard analysis (JHA), for required materials, equipment, property.\nComplete required documentation and perform material handling procedures required for specified materials, products, and equipment in receiving, storing, disbursement and/or delivery.\nPrepare and assemble materials for manufacturing according to blueprints by mixing, cutting, bending, welding, gluing, or other specified instructions.\nMaterials may include but are not limited to concrete, sand, additive mixtures, wood materials, rebar, windows, steel, plastic, screws, bulkheads.\nContribute to team ownership of clean work areas. Keep debris, recyclables, unkept materials, and hazardous materials in their designated place. Clean up is required and tools utilized may include but are not limited to brooms, shovels, rakes, water, compressed air.\nOperate machinery, hand/power tools including but not limited to moderate to repetitive use of tape measures, hammers, drills, wire cutters, woodworking equipment, stirrup benders, lathes, Computer Numeric Control (CNC), large metal chop saws, grinders, welding machines, torches, air compressor.\nOperate heavy equipment including but not limited to tractors, forklifts of all sizes, cranes, concrete mixer trucks, water trucks, yard goats, all-terrain vehicles (ATV), company vehicle (as designated), as needed.\nOther duties as assigned.\nExperience and Education Minimum of 1 year in construction or manufacturing environment is required.\nHigh School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role is preferred.\nExperience in a environment is preferred.\nCore Values Determination: Meet challenges head on\nInnovation: Always look for better\nWell-Being: Seek the success, health, and happiness of all\nBenefits Medical insurance options including HDHP Plan with Employer Funded with HSA, based on eligibility and tenure\nEmployer contributions toward medical premiums and Health Savings Account (HSA), increasing with length of service and job classification\nDental insurance through Sun Life Dental\nVision insurance through VSP\nRetirement 401k with Employer Contributions\nPaid training and advancement opportunities\nConsistent, full-time employment with overtime opportunities based on production needs\nBenefits will be subject to a waiting period\nInterested?
