This role plays a critical part in developing, managing, and delivering training focused on handling active investigations, complaints, and compliance-related operational processes.\nYou will lead and assess the ROI of projects, defining a clear scope, estimating in a rational manner, managing stakeholder expectations, curriculum strategy driven by the Agency’s investigative onboarding process, which directly impacts mission readiness and workforce capability.\nThe ideal candidate is a seasoned IT project manager who is highly engaging, working very closely with government POC’s to ensure clear scheduling objectives and curriculum rollout of planned training programs alongside the Senior Training Project Manager. You will function as a technical expert, understanding and translating the government’s needs as it relates to our platform a virtual learning experience technology SaSS provided to the customer.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Training Project Manager\nDesign, develop, and maintain onboarding programs, cross-training initiatives, and curriculum updates driven by new policies, IT system changes, or mission needs.\nCreate and maintain training syllabi, course guides, lesson plans, and certification materials.\nTrack and maintain training records, ensuring compliance with all DoD training requirements.\nLead continuous improvement efforts to elevate training quality, operational readiness, and contract performance.\nTechnical Awareness: Understanding IT concepts, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and modern IT infrastructure like Cloud platforms.\nProject Management Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum or traditional Waterfall approaches.\nSupport site-specific and agency-specific training initiatives across client organizations.\nCoordinate logistics, scheduling, communications, and materials for training events.\nTraining Compliance and Quality Assurance\nIdentify workforce skill gaps and recommend enhancements to strengthen operational capability.\nEnsure all curriculum and delivery meets quality, compliance, and documentation standards.\nTraining Schedule Planning and Training Coordination\nLead the planning, coordination, and execution of monthly training schedules, onboarding timelines, and certification cycles.\nManage training calendars, release schedules, comms blasts, and distribution of training materials.\nLeadership and Collaboration\nShape and execute a cohesive training strategy aligned with mission readiness and operational objectives.\nCollaborate with management, SMEs, and client stakeholders to design, refine, and validate training content.\nServe as a senior advisor to the Senior Training Project Manager and CEO.\nAttend Customer Sprint Cycle Meetings, understand agency requirements and translate those onboarding requirements to the larger training team.\nBuild rapport with stakeholders and set expectations by communicating next steps, knowledge, and insights to the team from start to finish.\nIT project managers functions internally as a Project Manager of planned system upgrades in collaboration with Gabriel Enterprise CTO, and CMMC compliance teams to ensure customer product growth.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance (required).\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
