This position is on-site and cannot be performed remotely due to the nature of the role\nCandidate will serve as the Chief Product Owner (CPO) for the Maintenance Training System and Design Agile Release Team (ART) on a restricted program operating within a Scaled Agile Framework. The CPO guides multiple product teams, ensuring that their work is aligned with the overall product vision and strategy. They coordinate with Solution Train Leadership, providing higher-level strategic input and decision-making to meet both business needs and courseware development objectives.\nThe candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of the Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA), the development of all maintenance training courseware, and will support the standup and utilization of a LMS/LCMS to support the program.
