Strategic Account Manager 📍 New York or San Francisco | Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days onsite)The OpportunityWe're hiring for a fast-growing, venture-backed AI startup ($25M Series A) with partnerships across Google, NVIDIA, and Microsoft — and we've already driven over $200M in incremental revenue for enterprise customers. Our platform builds AI-powered teammates for the physical-goods economy: industrial distribution, healthcare, supply chain, manufacturing, and automotive.We're hiring a Strategic Account Manager to own a portfolio of post-pilot enterprise accounts. You'll be the senior partner customers call when it matters — running executive briefings, driving expansion, and surfacing new AI use cases. This is an early, high-impact role that shapes how we run customer relationships at scale. You'll report directly to the Chief Growth Officer.What You'll Own:Day-to-day ownership of enterprise accounts — QBRs, exec briefings, account plans, and customer successHelp customers move from AI adoption to genuine operational transformationIdentify new use cases and drive expansion ARR through deeper deploymentBring customer insight into product decisions — what you hear shapes our roadmapCoordinate with Engineering and Product to make sure your accounts get what they needTravel to customer sites for in-person engagement with teams and executivesWhat We're Looking For:3–5 years of consulting or enterprise SaaS experience (at least 2 years as an Engagement Manager or equivalent)Proven track record of growing client engagements — not just maintaining themYou've delivered results even when engagements got rocky or stakeholders pushed backStrong analytical and structured thinker with solid project management skillsEqually comfortable with C-suite executives and day-to-day operatorsCurious about how industrial distribution, manufacturing, and automotive businesses actually workAI-native — you use AI seriously and are excited about what it can do for operationsComfortable with ambiguity and building the playbook as you goWhy Join:Real traction — customers are live and results are provenEarly enough to shape how we run customer relationships at scale$150K–$180K base + generous equityFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, well-being stipend, PTO, and moreSharp, low-ego team across New York, San Francisco, and London
