Labware LIMS specialist

𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: LabWare LIMS Specialist (LabWare 8)𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 100% Remote (USA)We are seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to support a LabWare 8 upgrade initiative for a GMP laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with LabWare configuration, GMP workflows, laboratory equipment integrations, and validation support.𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:• Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS (LabWare 8 preferred)• Strong GMP laboratory operations experience• Expertise in raw materials & commercial product testing workflows• Experience with laboratory equipment interfaces & integrations• Understanding of regulatory compliance and validation traceability• Experience integrating LabWare with systems like Empower & LabX• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:• Configure raw materials, commercial products, stability, and laboratory equipment in LabWare• Support LabWare 8 implementation workstream activities• Translate regulatory and operational requirements into compliant LIMS workflows• Support validation documentation and requirements traceability• Configure and support instrument/system integrations• Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues impacting lab operations• Collaborate with site and business teams to ensure sustainable workflows𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀:• 100% Remote role supporting a US-based GMP laboratory site• Strong LabWare 8 configuration experience is required• Pharma/regulated manufacturing environment experience preferred• Parsing script/support experience is a plus
