The ideal candidate will bring structure to fast-moving, multi-party initiatives while helping technical teams stay aligned on scope, risks, and milestones. You will also help improve delivery efficiency by applying AI-enabled workflows and repeatable operating practices. This is a highly collaborative role with meaningful influence across engineering, partner-facing teams, and leadership.Location: RemoteCompensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annuallyResponsibilities Set the technical direction for engineering engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved. Automate program tasks using AI agents to focus on decision-making and relationship-building. Collaborate with engineers to scope engagements and identify risks early in the process. Define repeatable processes and create playbooks for efficient engagement delivery. Analyze partner ecosystems to identify value-add opportunities and report insights back to leadership.Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years in technical program management or solutions architecture, leading complex multi-party programs. Working knowledge of the LLM post-training lifecycle and technical depth to engage with ML engineers. Hands-on experience using AI agents for program management, including planning and reporting.
