Senior HR Generalist- R47400Position DescriptionThe Temp Senior HR Generalist will provide HR support for Operations client groups (1200 employees in manufacturing and 720 employees in Quality Control). These client groups are made up of early career individual contributors and front-line Leads/Supervisors with high volume HR activity.Roles Responsibilities Payroll support: reconciliations, support inquiries Position and org data management Employee Relations (Coaching & Development and Performance Improvement Plans) and investigations support Data and reporting support for HRBPs Employee point of contact for non business-as-usual issues Reasonable Accommodation facilitation Interviews: early career people leader levels HR admin and recordkeepingSkills Strong organizational skills necessary for prioritizing multiple demands and project management responsibilities. Working knowledge of federal and state employment regulations i.e. (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, NYPFL etc.). Displays sound judgment and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office. Prior experience with HRIS systems. Professional and positive attitude and work ethic. Discretion in handling sensitive and/or confidential information.Education & Experience BA/ in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
