The food prep & cleaner plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient store environment while supporting daily food preparation needs. This position ensures all ingredients are prepped according to brand standards and that the store meets the highest levels of cleanliness, safety and sanitation.Responsibilities for Food Prep:prepare fresh ingredients according to company recipes and standards. portion and label ingredients accurately for smoothie and food productionmonitor inventory levels and communicate prep needs to management follow proper food handling, storage, and rotation (FIFO)Responsibilities for Cleaning/Sanitation:maintain cleanliness of all work areas, including kitchen, prep stations and equipmentwash dishes, utensils, and blender components promptly and thoroughlyclean floors, counters, walls and storage areas regularlytake out trash and ensure waste is disposed properlyfollow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a sanitary environmentclean bathrooms and lobby regularly throughout the shiftCompany IntroductionSmoothie King has grown to include over 1,100 units operating in 33 states, the Caymans, Trinidad, and the Republic of Korea.What makes Smoothie King so successful?
