If that is you, please apply!\nAbout the Role\nAs General Accounting Manager at Fluidstack, you will be a key leader within our Finance organization, responsible for overseeing the core accounting operations that ensure the accuracy, integrity, and scalability of our financial records as we scale rapidly. You will manage the day-to-day general ledger function, lead the month-end and year-end close processes, and drive the preparation of timely and reliable financial reporting. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with teams across the business and work closely with senior finance leadership and external auditors to maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build and refine best-in-class accounting processes and infrastructure at a rapidly scaling company.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation required\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles\nExperience leading or supporting month-end and year-end close processes in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records\nExcellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to identify process improvements and help scale accounting processes as the company grows\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience at a high-growth technology or infrastructure company\nFamiliarity with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments\nExposure to intercompany accounting and consolidations\nExperience leading or supporting ERP/accounting system implementations, migrations, or upgrades\nExperience supporting external audits and liaising with auditors\nSalary & Benefits\nCompetitive total compensation package (salary + equity).\nRetirement or pension plan, in line with local norms.\nHealth, dental, and vision insurance.\nGenerous PTO policy, in line with local norms.\nThe salary range for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
