They will also be responsible for helping their team towards a common goal and supporting the design decisions of the team. They will be responsible for organizing their own work using Agile methodologies and delivering regular increments of value. They will be part of a highly collaborative environment where they will work to develop their skill sets and share knowledge gained with the team.
