Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Director of Leasing. The Director of Leasing will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial leasing, including managing lease negotiations and agreements, streamlining lease administration, and ensuring optimal property management practices. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing leasing strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements to meet the organization’s commercial outcomes and project goals.QualificationsProficiency in Commercial Leasing and Lease NegotiationsExperience with Lease Administration and managing property leases effectivelyKnowledge of Property Management principles and practicesStrong understanding of lease agreements and legal complianceExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProven leadership and strategic decision-making capabilitiesA degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
