This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting patients and families physically, emotionally, and psychologically. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Practice Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care plans Provides care in accordance with nursing standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines Monitors patient conditions and responds appropriately to clinical changes Maintains accurate, timely, and complete documentation Collaboration & Care Coordination Works closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve care goals and quality outcomes Delegates tasks appropriately and functions as a key member of the care team Advocates for patients and families to ensure safe, effective care Education & Support Educates patients and families on treatment plans and health needs Assists in orientation and mentoring of new staff Promotes a supportive, compassionate care environment Quality & Safety Participates in quality improvement and process improvement initiatives Maintains a safe and clean work environment Follows infection prevention and safety protocols Professional Development - Maintains current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory standards- Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, and continuous learning Requirements Licensure & Certifications - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in applicable state- BLS (American Heart Association) required prior to start Education - Associate Degree in Nursing required- BSN preferred Experience - New graduates accepted- Prior RN experience in a healthcare setting preferred Skills - Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Office- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills Work Environment & Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, and patient care activities Ability to lift or assist patients (35+ lbs) Exposure to infectious diseases, bloodborne pathogens, and clinical hazards Ability to respond quickly in fast-paced, high-acuity environments Contact me directly for more information:/nDaniel Trowbridge/nMedical Solutions Direct Hire/n/nC/T: About Medical Solutions Direct Hire At Medical Solutions, we're people who care, helping people who care.
