Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\r\nEssential Job DutiesAccountable for enterprise program management for product-related programs/initiatives\r\nNurtures cross-functional organizational alignment and accountability\r\nFacilitates and drives necessary resource planning and capacity assessments\r\nConducts the risk management and scenario planning and develops contingency and/or risk mitigation plans\r\nDevelop, manage, coordinate, and drive program plans for successful product development, and large strategic projects, in collaboration with cross-functional teams\r\nViewed as the cross-functional development partner you will facilitate technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process which facilitates product-related goal setting, decision making and business impact.\r\nDevelop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.\r\nTrack program performance with key metrics and communicate program status to stakeholders, with accountability to drive timelines, deliverables, issues, risks, and dependencies\r\nDevelop strong working relationships and assert influence across departments to manage stakeholder expectations and drive the overall success of large company initiatives\r\nPartner with project sponsors to define and manage scope, assumptions, and constraints to ensure projects are aligned with business goals and strategies\r\nPerform risk and change management on all projects\r\nResponsible for proactive oversight of change management processes to communicate and reset expectations to project scope, schedule, and cost baselines\r\nOther Job DutiesOther job duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader.\r\nTravel Requirements10-25% travel, including overnight travel\r\nRequired Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills8+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch\r\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Communications or a certification in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.\r\n5+ years of Program Management within a healthcare SaaS environment.\r\nExperience working within a Project Management Office, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Operations areas\r\nExperience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.\r\nExpert-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences\r\nStrong understanding of SaaS business model and Product lifecycle development processes\r\nWorking experience with Product Plan, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office tools Office, Visio, Excel, Project, and others\r\nAbility to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members\r\nWillingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.\r\nThe base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $130,000-140,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee's exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.\r\nThis is a benefits-eligible position.
