In this role,you'llplay a keypartin delivering successful client outcomes by leading technical project work and serving as both a hands-on engineer and escalation point.You'llcollaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to implement solutions that align with project goals and business needs.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead and execute technical projects for clients, ensuring smooth delivery from kickoff through post go-live support\n\nParticipate in project kickoff meetings to align on scope, timelines, expectations, and risks\n\nComplete assigned tasks as outlined in client Statements of Work (SOWs)\n\nProvide post go-live support to stabilize andoptimizeclient environments\n\nCollaborate with third-party vendors and co-managed teams to meet project objectives\n\nMaintain clear and thorough documentation of systems, tools, and project processes\n\nCommunicate proactively with clients and internal teams about changes, outages, and project impacts\n\nRecord daily time entries, expenses, and work notes in ConnectWise\n\nSend weekly client-facing project status updates andparticipatein check-in meetings\n\nEngage in team discussions, project debriefs, and continuous improvement efforts\n\nTake onadditionalduties and responsibilities as assigned\n\nProject Scope Includes\n\nHypervisor replacements and migrations (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware)\n\nEmail platform migrations to Microsoft 365\n\nServer builds, upgrades, and full environment migrations\n\nNetwork infrastructure upgrades and complete overhauls\n\nOffice ITbuild-outsfor new or expanding locations\n\nBusiness application deployments (e.g., CRM, ERP systems)\n\n5 or more years of experience (preferred)\n\nCertifications such as MCSA, VCP, CCNAare a plus.\n\nExperience with platforms like ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, and Office 365isa bonus.\n\nStrong communicationskills are essential for success in this role.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, client-focused team.\n\nEnthusiasticabout taking on challenges in a growing company with a diverse client base.\n\nSelf-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.\n\nExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.\n\nCharles IT offers a competitive benefits program including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Paid Holidays, PTO, 401K, and bonuses.
