NOTE: Due to the secure work environment this role entails, telecommuting is not allowed and will require the employee to report full-time onsite. The Office of Military Commissions (OMC) and Office of the Chief Prosecutor (OCP) require litigation support to prosecution counsel in all aspects of pre-trial investigation and trial preparation for the Military Commissions convened under the Military Commissions Act of 2009 (including United States v. Al Nashiri, United States v. Khalid Shaikh Mohammad et al., and United States v. Abd al Hadi al-Iraqi).HOW AN INTELLIGENCE ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:The Office of Military Commissions (OMC) and Office of the Chief Prosecutor (OCP) require litigation support to prosecution counsel in all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation for the Military Commissions convened under the Military Commissions Act of 2009.
