Banks spend $200 billion a year on it, mostly on people doing work that shouldn't require people.Our client builds AI analysts that operate inside browsers, APIs, and internal systems exactly the way a human analyst would, automating AML, KYC, KYB, and transaction monitoring end-to-end. They eliminate 90% of manual compliance work, cut costs by 4×, and make onboarding instantaneous.They're trusted by banks, credit unions, fintechs, crypto companies, and payment processors across the US, Canada, Europe, and LatAm. They're in active pilots with tier-one banks and have a 100% competitive win rate; including seven-figure contracts.With demonstrated PMF, 7 figure revenue, 15 mid-enterprise clients already signed, they're looking for their second Enterprise AE to accelerate the next stage of growth.You'll own the full revenue cycle. Outbound through close.You'll work directly with the CEO to define the sales playbook, bring in new logos, and architect the foundation that lets them hire 4–5 AEs beneath you.This is not a quota-carrying seat at a mature company with a warm inbound engine. There is no playbook yet. You'll write it. If that energises you, read on.What You'll DoIn the first 30 days:Embed with the compliance team - learn the product hands-on, sit with the ops team, understand how deals have been wonShadow existing customers and active sales cyclesMap your target account list across banks, fintechs, and crypto companiesBy month 2–3:Running your own discovery calls and demos independentlyBuilding outbound sequences with support from our GTM engineerClosing your first dealOngoing:Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, close. Deals range from $100K to $1M+ ACV across 3–12 month cyclesNavigate multi-stakeholder buying committees (Chief Compliance Officers, Chief Risk Officers, COOs, BSA Officers) at banks and regulated fintechsWork with the CEO on pricing, packaging, territory strategy, and competitive positioningFeed customer insight directly into product roadmap and marketingWhat We're Looking ForNon-negotiables:3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of closing $100K-$500k dealsYou've run multi-threaded enterprise cycles; procurement, legal, infosec, executive sponsors - and you know how to move themStartup experience. You've built pipeline from nothing and you're not waiting for inbound to materialiseAI-native. You use AI tools to do 10× what others do in the same hours.
