We are committed to building a workplace centered around our G.R.E.A.T. values:GratitudeRespectExcellenceAccountability & HonestyTeamworkWhat You’ll DoAccounts Payable ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices, check requests, and AP check runsMatch checks with supporting documentation and maintain organized recordsEnter and code invoices accurately in QuickBooksReconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate professionally with vendors regarding payments and account mattersMaintain spreadsheets tracking due invoices and outstanding payablesAccounts Receivable ResponsibilitiesPost customer payments including checks, wires, and credit card paymentsPrepare and distribute customer statementsFollow up on outstanding balances and assist with collections effortsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain customer aging reports and communicate concerns to leadershipProcess recurring customer payments and maintain accurate recordsAdditional Financial & Administrative DutiesReceive, prepare, and deposit checksMaintain deposit logs and supporting documentationCreate and maintain customer and vendor recordsProcess customer credit applications and referencesSupport the accounting team with additional projects as neededRequired QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required5+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experienceWorking knowledge of accounting principles and financial processesExperience using QuickBooks and Microsoft ExcelStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive informationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join Danner’s?At Danner’s, you’re more than just an employee — you’re part of a team that values hard work, collaboration, and professional growth.
