You will lead the installation, configuration, and integration of complex IAM platforms, ensuring they align with client business processes and security requirements. This role requires a blend of deep technical troubleshooting, coding proficiency, and the ability to provide clear knowledge transfer to client teams.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nEngage in requirements gathering, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations and solutions to clients\nAssist with architecture and design of new IAM solutions\nInstallation, Integration, Configuration, and Deployment of IAM solutions\nDevelop and perform testing for IAM solutions\nProvide knowledge transfer, training, and support as necessary\nMaintain multiple environments following coding best practices and SDLC\nTroubleshoot and maintain IAM solutions including product support\nRemain current on IAM and IAM market trends, tools, methodologies, and best practices\nCommunicate status including timely reporting and escalation of issues and risks\nPossess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills\nAbility to work in a team settings and multi-task environment\nAuthor technical documentation\nPerform other duties as assigned\nRequirement & Qualifications:\nExperience:\nKnowledge and hands-on experience with the following IAM components: Identity Governance & Administration, Access Management, SSO/Federation, Privileged Access Management, & Enterprise Directories\n4+ years of experience with IAM administration/implementation\n4+ years of experience in security consulting, security administration, and/or information technology\nKnowledge of Java, C#, or similar object-oriented programming language\nKnowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.)\nKnowledge of enterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.)\nKnowledge of enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)\nExperience setting up and installing software on Windows and Unix platforms\nExperience with the following web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc.)\nExperience with web application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc.)\nPreferred Education:\nBachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT-related field\nIAM Technology-specific training/certification a plus\nTravel: 0%\nIDMWORKS is a forward-thinking company dedicated to providing top-tier identity and access management solutions.
