Coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams including firmware, hardware engineering, embedded software, security engineering, and supply chain. Translate security and product requirements into executable program plans with clear deliverables and timelines. Identify technical risks and dependencies; create mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Manage vendor and partner relationships for hardware components and embedded platforms. Ensure secure firmware development, hardware root of trust (RoT), secure boot, and secure provisioning workflows are embedded into lifecycle. Drive compliance with relevant security standards such as FIPS 140-3, NIST 800-193, TPM 2.0, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443. Track program metrics, generate reporting dashboards, and present status updates to stakeholders and executives. Facilitate technical design reviews and security threat modeling exercises. Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a TPM, technical project manager, or engineering lead managing complex security or hardware-related programs. Deep understanding of embedded systems, secure firmware development, TPMs, and cryptographic hardware modules. Experience working with embedded Linux, RTOS, and network device platforms (routers, gateways, switches, etc.). Familiarity with security protocols (TLS, SSH), hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART), and IoT security best practices.
