Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nJob Responsibilities\nSupport Sofidel America’s Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to promote a safe, sanitary, and hygienically sound workplace.\nUnderstand and apply customer specifications to the operation of the machine to ensure finished goods comply with customer requirements.\nProgram and monitor the computerized operating panel if applicable. Calculate mathematical conversions to ensure proper standards are met for each product.\nInitiate set up, operations, and adjustment of folding equipment and any downstream equipment to achieve established production quota.\nPerform hourly quality checks to ensure the accuracy of the production runs and the submittal of daily quality reports to the QA department.\nMonitor and perform product changeovers in conjunction with the Rapid Changeover Technicians (RCO Techs).\nEnsure regular and open communications with quality, maintenance, and supervision.\nTrain and monitor the activity of the other employees on the machine.\nDemonstrate leadership skills on a regular, consistent basis.\nWork the 12-hour rotating shift requirement.\nKeep the work area clean and organized while following the lean initiatives.\n\nOther Responsibilities May Include:\nPerform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
