Now Hiring: Temporary On-Site Property Manager (Bilingual Required)
Location: Rio Grande City, TX
Compensation: $4,000/month base + KPI bonuses | Free housing | 1099 contract
Duration: 3–4 months (with potential for extension)
We’re looking for a temporary on-site Property Manager to help stabilize and turn around a 36-door apartment complex in the Valley that is soon to return to REO control. This is a hands-on role focused on improving property performance, increasing occupancy, and bringing units up to market-ready standards.
Key Details:
Temporary 1099 role (not W-2)
$4,000/month base with KPI-based bonuses
On-site housing provided at no cost
Expected duration: 3–4 months
No license required, but property management experience is a must
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Will also oversee and coordinate capital improvements as needed
Ideal Candidate:
Has prior experience in residential property management
Is highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
Can communicate clearly with tenants, vendors, and owners
Comfortable living on-site during the workweek
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
