This includes work on parks, infrastructure, and large-scale outdoor spaces.The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction labor duties on active job sitesAssist with site prep, grading, and earthwork supportMove and distribute materials, tools, and equipmentSupport crews with installation of utilities, drainage, and infrastructure componentsPerform digging, trenching, backfilling, and cleanupMaintain a clean and organized job siteFollow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetingsRequired Qualifications1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferredAbility to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing)Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsReliable transportation to job sitesStrong work ethic and willingness to learnPreferred QualificationsExperience with heavy civil, site work, or outdoor construction projectsFamiliarity with hand and power toolsOSHA 10 certificationWork Environment & ScheduleOutdoor construction sites (parks, civil infrastructure, and development projects)Full-time schedule with consistent hoursOpportunity for overtime depending on project needsAbout the WorkThis role supports projects that focus on building outdoor spaces, infrastructure, and community environments such as parks, waterways, and public-use areasJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berthoud, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
