This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in applying civil engineering fundamentals to environmental projects while gaining hands-on experience in both field and office settings.\nOur work spans a broad range of environmental and civil engineering services, including site characterization, remediation, design, permitting, and construction support. In this role, you will contribute across multiple project phases and develop a well-rounded technical skillset early in your career.\nThis position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable working outdoors, and is motivated to build both field and design experience.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nYou will collaborate with a team of engineers and scientists to support a variety of project activities, including:\nConducting field work such as construction oversight and environmental sampling\nSupporting site investigations and remediation efforts\nAssisting in the preparation of technical reports, memoranda, and data summaries\nPerforming engineering calculations and supporting design tasks (e.g., grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control)\nAssisting with the development of plans, specifications, and permit applications\nSupporting construction-phase activities, including site visits, inspections, and documentation\nEarly in your role, a significant portion of your time may be spent in the field. As you gain experience, responsibilities will expand to include more design and technical analysis work.\nThis position requires periodic travel to project sites, which may involve outdoor work in varying conditions. Travel is project-based and may include occasional overnight stays.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nB.S. in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field\nStrong interest in environmental engineering projects with application of civil/site design principles\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to travel regionally to project sites, with occasional travel beyond the region as needed\nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges\nValid driver's license\n\nNote: This position requires specific driving duties.
