If you are a safety-minded professional with a clean driving record and a strong work ethic, we want you on the road with us.What We OfferType: 1099 Independent ContractorLocation: 100% Flexible / Nationwide (Drive local or OTR routes based on availability)Independence: Manage your own schedule while meeting critical delivery deadlines.Support: Dedicated dispatch and communication teams to keep you moving.Key ResponsibilitiesSafe Transportation: Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently over local and long-distance routes.Compliance & Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and strict compliance with DOT regulations.Documentation: Maintain highly accurate electronic logs (ELD), delivery records, and mileage reports.Safety First: Strictly follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety procedures.Communication: Coordinate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure seamless, timely service and issue resolution.Qualifications & RequirementsLicense: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).Medical: Current Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card.Experience: Proven experience operating commercial vehicles (local or long-distance/OTR).Record: Clean driving record with no recent major violations.Skills: Strong time-management skills, reliability, and excellent communication habits.Tax Status: Understanding of and comfort with 1099 independent contractor status.
