This company boasts competitive salaries, and great benefits.Process Technician SummaryPay: $25-32/hr.Schedule: M-F 2nd shift 3pm-11pm or 3rd shift 11pm-7am Sun-Thurs.Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding process including, tool setup, startup, and process verification to standard.Trouble shoots and corrects all quality and down time molding issues quickly and effectivelyMaintain standard cycle times and part qualityRobot and EOA setup and troubleshootingPerforms color changesResponsible for auxiliary and secondary tooling setupComplete and maintain process verification check sheetsPerform First and last Piece quality checksAssist the mold setters in tool changes5S of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipmentComplete tasks and assignments given to Process Techs in team meetings.Follow all safety requirements and programs.Shift Turnover, review daily events with the previous shift Die Setter, Process Tech and with the Production Manager on daily events.Process Technician QualificationsMinimum of 3 years’ experience with Injection mold / machine start-upAbility to work safely with sharp and heavy objectsAbility to use measuring instruments such as scales, calipers, dial indicators.Ability to use a computer and calculator.Ability to read and write in English, and do basic mathAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment.Ability to comprehend and follow printed and computer-screen instructions, and direction from supervisors or technical leads.Good written and oral communication skills.Team oriented and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.Blend of technical, interpersonal skillsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay and benefits.Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance.Paid holidays and paid time off.Competitive 401k plan.Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
