Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attentiveness, adhering to event standards. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with discretion and courtesy. Collaborate seamlessly with event staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and professionalism at all times. Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed, ensuring all details align with client expectations. Experience Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end event service is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to remain composed and professional in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as required. Knowledge of proper etiquette and service standards for upscale events is a plus. A polished appearance and excellent grooming are essential to represent the brand appropriately.
