Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.Location: Onsite 4 days per week, Farmers Branch, TX (Dallas, TX)How You Will Make An ImpactThe Manager, Pricing Strategy & Operations will support the execution and scaling of BSN SPORTS' enterprise pricing strategy. This role will focus on translating pricing frameworks into actionable tools, insights, and processes that can be adopted by the field sales organization. This individual will play a hands-on role in pricing analytics, sales support, and system enablementhelping ensure pricing strategies are effectively implemented and continuously improved based on performance data and field feedback.What You Will DoPricing Execution & SupportSupport implementation of pricing frameworks, guardrails, and approval workflowsMonitor pricing performance and identify areas of inconsistency or margin leakageHelp maintain pricing rules, structures, and updates across product categoriesAnalytics & ReportingBuild and maintain pricing dashboards and reporting (discounting, margin, win rates)Conduct ad hoc analysis to support pricing decisions and business questionsIdentify trends and surface insights to inform pricing improvementsSales-Facing SupportAct as a key partner to Sales and Sales Ops on day-to-day pricing questionsProvide guidance on deal pricing within established guardrailsSupport training and reinforcement of pricing tools and policiesHelp troubleshoot issues and gather feedback from the fieldSystems & ToolsSupport implementation and enhancement of pricing tools (CPQ, CRM, etc.)Help translate business needs into system requirementsAssist with testing, rollout, and adoption of new capabilitiesSegmentation & Deal AnalysisSupport customer segmentation analysis and pricing recommendationsAssist in evaluating deal economics and profitability driversPartner with Finance on margin analysis and reportingCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Sales Ops, Finance, and Technology to support pricing initiativesHelp drive adoption of pricing processes and tools across the organizationQualifications:57 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, analytics, or commercial strategyExperience working with data and building insights in Excel, BI tools, or similar Exposure to B2B pricing environments, preferably with large SKU catalogsFamiliarity with CRM/CPQ systems or pricing tools (hands-on experience preferred)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersJoin the best team in sport & spiritAt Varsity Brands, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to succeed and every educator wants to make a difference.
