This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical depth, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships from award through to close-out.\nThe right candidate will bring proven experience managing large-scale material handling, conveyor, or industrial automation projects and ideally in a project-based engineering services environment.
