Utilizing state of the art strategies, processes and human capital, CCS ensures the highest degree of service and integrity for the sensitive environment we support; impacting those industries that impact the world.\nPOSITION PURPOSE:\nThe Night Janitor role in the company is responsible for daily, on site, janitorial tasks at a defined customer facility or office.\nSHIFT DETAILS:\nMonday - Friday 5:00pm - 1:30am\nMAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:\nPick up trash and replace with trash liners\nGeneral floor maintenance\nDust, wall spot, clean all glass, polish, sanitize all areas.\nWash, clean, wipe down, sponge, rinse, scour and disinfect any assigned work area\nNote and report all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction.\nAdhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures\nReport all damage to customer property, suspicious activities and unsafe conditions within their work area to the supervisor.\nAll other duties as defined by your supervisor\nAdhere to on-site PPE requirements and policies\nPRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills and personal skills.\nResponsible for any emergency cleaning occurring during shift.\nAbility to work independently at customer job site.\nAbility to identify and resolve areas of conflict or concerns.
