Our core values of being Unified, Transparent, Innovative, Committed, and Accountable drive the quality of our service.\r\nPosition Details\r\nRate: $26.00/hr (All shifts).\r\nWeekend and holiday availability may be required.\r\nPreferred Candidate Profile\r\nPrevious experience in security, military, or law enforcement.\r\nState training and licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nHelp supervise operations of an assigned client site on shift.\r\nReport directly to Site Supervisor/Director or Marksman.\r\nManage a team of security officers, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development, and support.\r\nEnsure high-quality security services to protect people and property.\r\nHandle escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.\r\nDevelop staff in technical and professional skills through performance management.\r\nCreate a positive work environment by treating staff with respect.\r\nCoordinate and conduct site-specific \"on-the-job training,\" client-specific training, and annual refresher training.\r\nReconcile logs, shift responsibilities, and patrols; review incident reports before submission and coordinate preliminary investigations.\r\nDevelop and maintain operational procedures and post orders for emergency reference.\r\nTrain and qualify to work assigned post; maintain practical knowledge of additional and emergency post instructions.\r\nMaintain access control procedures set by building management and use access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems.\r\nIdentify tenants and visitors upon arrival and ensure proper sign-in before building access.\r\nObserve departing personnel to guard against theft of tenant or building property.\r\nMonitor security cameras within the facility.\r\nRespond to incidents, including property emergencies.\r\nConduct general patrols of the entire property, including stairs and exterior, in any weather.\r\nStand/sit/walk for extended periods.\r\nAssist tenants and visitors with directions and business information.\r\nRecord data such as property damage, unusual occurrences, and equipment malfunctions accurately.\r\nMaintain clear logs of people, property, and packages.\r\nProvide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications\r\nHigh School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of satisfactory employment as a security officer or related experience; must be 21 years of age or older.\r\nValid Security License if required by state and a valid driver's license if applicable.\r\nAbility to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual considered a plus.\r\nPass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.\r\nMaintain a working telephone number for contact.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nMust be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; lift, push, or pull at least 50 lbs.; perform foot patrols on interior and exterior; perform duties in inclement weather.\r\nPay and Benefits\r\n$26.00 per hour\r\nPaid time off and paid holidays\r\nMedical and dental insurance\r\nOpportunities for career growth and promotion\r\nSkills-enhancing training\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity\r\nAs set forth in Marksman Security LLC's Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.
