US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREDCurrent TS/SCI ClearanceDegree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical fieldExpert system engineering knowledge across the full system lifecycle, including requirements analysis and allocation, system architecture and design, integration, test, transition to operations, and sustainment activities.Ability to write test plans and procedures Ability to write training material Comfort with agile development methods in a dynamic environment Technical Knowledge: Previous experience as a Systems Engineer, working with or for a large contractor on a Research and Development program is desired. Problem-solving skills: Ability to perform systematic analysis of systems to identify software, hardware, and interface issues and support resolution across the system lifecycle is crucial.Attention to detail: Ability to identify and articulate discrepancy reports outlining issues or bugs with mitigation response deadlines.Analytical skills: Ability to develop and interpret complex technical requirements and associate those to system engineering milestones within the development lifecycle.Collaboration: Ability to work with engineers and customer to develop a comprehensive Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) Preferred skills: Lead in design reviews with customer-centric inputStrong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teamsExperience in developing Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMP)Experience in Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP) developmentExperience developing system documentation to include the following:Requirements DevelopmentFormal Technical Reviews and ArtifactsFormal and Informal Test ProcessesSystem Requirements Review (SRR)Preliminary Design Review (PDR)Critical Design Review / Critical Design Readiness Review (CDR/CDRR)CONOP documents Where is the position located?
