If you like hands-on work, take pride in doing a job right, and want to build real skills operating precision equipment, this could be a great fit.\n\nSchedule: Monday - Thursday 6:45-5:15PM\n\nOccasional Overtime on Friday\n\nWhat you'll do: As a Stacker Operator, you'll collate and glue plies to create laminated columns and beams, working directly from production sheets to ensure every piece meets our quality standards. You'll run and maintain the glue machine, monitor critical checks like finger joint temperature, moisture content, and glue spread, and keep production moving smoothly from setup through changeover.\n\nRequirements:\n\nWhat you'll bring:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAbility to read and follow daily production sheets\nComfort using measurement tools (tape measure, infrared thermometer, caliper)\nExperience operating machines with HMI (Human Machine Interface) technology (Required)\nBasic math skills and strong attention to detail\nAbility to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nExperience with Powered Industrial Trucks a plus (or willingness to become certified)\n\nWhat to expect:\nThis is an indoor manufacturing role with occasional outdoor work.
