This role is focused on execution excellence—translating leadership priorities into structured plans, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring consistent delivery across teams.\r\nThis is not an M&A-focused role . Instead, we're looking for a strong operator with deep program management expertise who thrives in ambiguity and brings rigor to fast-moving initiatives.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nTranslate leadership priorities into clear execution plans, including defined workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and decision points\r\nLead cross-functional operating rhythms (e.g., standups, stakeholder syncs, executive updates) to ensure alignment and momentum\r\nDrive end-to-end program execution, maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes\r\nProactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers; assign ownership and drive resolution with clear timelines\r\nPartner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, GTM, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Support\r\nDevelop executive-ready communications such as status reports, RAID logs, decision logs, and milestone updates\r\nEnsure stakeholder alignment and support effective change management across multiple teams\r\nProvide clear escalation paths and structured recommendations (options, tradeoffs) to support leadership decision-making\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nProven experience as a Program Manager in a fast-paced technology company\r\nStrong program management fundamentals: planning, execution, dependency management, RAID tracking, and operating cadence\r\nExceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority\r\nExcellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences\r\nSelf-starter mindset: proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity\r\nExperience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration across all levels (IC to executive)\r\nSuccess Indicators\r\nWell-structured, continuously maintained integrated program plans\r\nEarly identification and resolution of risks and issues\r\nConsistent, high-quality communication and alignment across stakeholders\r\nSmooth execution of operating rhythms and program milestones\r\nTools & Environment\r\nSmartsheet, Jira\r\nGoogle Workspace\r\nSlack\r\nExecutive-level reporting and dashboards\r\nTo Apply for this Job Click Here\r\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\r\nGravity IT Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
