It will be the employee's responsibility to provide documentation of their time with another utility (Ex.Pay stubs, Tax Returns, etc.).\n\nISA Certified Arborist (Firm or T&E Personnel) +$5.00\n\nISA Certified Tree Worker (Firm or T&E Personnel) +$3.00\n\nClass B CDL (T&E Personnel Only) +$1.00\n\nClass B CDL with Air Brakes (T&E Personnel Only) +$1.50\n\nClimbing Differential (Workers capable of climbing, but not on climbing crew and not expected to climb every day) +$0.50\n\n5 to 10 years of service (T&E Personnel Only) +$1.00\n\n10 to 15 years of service (T&E Personnel Only) +$2.00\n\n15 to 20 years of service (T&E Personnel Only) +$2.50\n\n20 plus years of service (T&E Personnel Only) +$3.00\n\nA.
