TPM will function as the technical and operational bridge between customers, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and business leadership. What You Will Do:· Own end-to-end planning and execution of HPC engineering programs, from requirements definition through deployment and delivery.· Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary HPC teams covering compute, networking, storage, Linux, automation, and hardware infrastructure.· Translate customer requirements into technical work packages, project plans, milestones, and deliverables.· Drive HPC server deployment, rack/stack activities, system integration, configuration, and validation.· Coordinate activities involving servers, GPUs, CPUs, storage, network switches, cabling, racks, and data-center infrastructure.· Work closely with engineering teams on Linux/SUSE/Windows OS deployment, system configuration, automation, and troubleshooting.· Drive automation initiatives using Ansible, scripting, and configuration-management tools to improve deployment efficiency and repeatability.· Coordinate technical dependencies across hardware, operating system, network, software, and infrastructure teams.· Establish and monitor program KPIs covering schedule, quality, productivity, resource utilization, risks, and customer deliverables.· Manage technical escalations and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.· Ensure adherence to engineering processes, documentation standards, and customer-specific requirements.
