You will supervise and coach RBTs, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers (including SLPs, OTs, and schools), and lead parent training to support meaningful skill development across environments. In this role, you will use clinical expertise and data analysis to guide treatment decisions while ensuring high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services.
