Plan and execute large scale engineering projects in the areas of application development and cross-functional initiatives related to deployment of vital systems and tools for Apple Retail. Coordinate cross-functional information technology projects related to device implementation and information security of critical Apple hardware. Provide hands-on project management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases of the projects assigned. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned to engineers and testers. Drive internal and external process improvements across IS&T and retail teams and functions. Interface with engineering, product, and other teams within the IS&T and retail organizations to define requirements, metrics, and key performance indicators.
