an engineering program delivering a cloud-based lab solution.\r\nOversee the contract execution by interacting directly with program stakeholders to deliver capability advancement and protype development to a dispersed customer base.\r\nServe as the primary interface with the customer, maintain and promote good customer relationships.\r\nDeliver contract deliverables, including PMR, BMR, financials and other customer status updates.\r\nBe responsible for the staffing of the program(s) and providing career development guidance, as necessary.\r\nLead a team developing solutions to a variety of highly complex engineering problems.\r\nExecute programs from proposal through contract closeout phase, preparing plans and developing or assisting with project cost estimates and proposal deliverables.\r\nPrepare project execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs.\r\nProactively and collaboratively support review work statements / scope to ensure they are adequately defined and executable.\r\nCoordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.\r\nExecute processes and develop management plans with operations, anticipating and resolving schedule and budget deviations to meet management and project requirements.\r\nCoordinate with production, planning, contracts, supply chain, finance, etc. to ensure successful project execution.\r\nEvaluate performance, develop mitigation plans, and resolve subcontractor issues as needed.\r\nDevelop, monitor, and communicate program metrics (KPIs) including budget and schedule and prepare status reports and recovery plans to inform leadership and customers.\r\nWork with risk managers to ensure risks and opportunities are properly captured, appropriate risk mitigation activities are identified, and risk mitigation is effective and communicate appropriate program metrics to leadership and customers.\r\nUnderstand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful project execution.\r\nManage conflict collaboratively and support meetings and tasks assigned by the Director of Program\r\nRequired Education, Experience, & Skills\r\nPMI Certified Program Management Professional (PMP)\r\nBachelor’s degree in business, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics\r\nMinimum of 6 years of Program Management experience\r\nMinimum of 4 years of experience supporting laboratory environments\r\nMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in the Intelligence Community with at least 6 years of experience supporting a specific customer\r\nKnowledge of Clouds, Networking, and Enterprise architecture\r\nAbility to represent the team and deliver status reports to internal and external
