Manager – Client Services & Delivery

About the RoleWe are looking for a Manager – Client Services & Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance projects, with a strong focus on Guidewire implementations. This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and team management to ensure high-quality execution and client success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.Drive execution across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter.Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and building strong relationships.Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.Monitor project health, risks, and governance, ensuring timely delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and incorporate into delivery strategy.Core Skills & Qualifications8–12 years of experience in IT delivery / project management within P&C Insurance.Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations and client engagements.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Business; PMP/ITIL certifications preferred.
