ASSISTANT FINANCIAL / ACCOUNTING ANALYST

We are a Southern California based Real Estate Management and Investment Company looking for a hardworking and motivated individual. The candidate must be reliable for a full-time financial/accounting analyst assistant position. Job Description: -Responsible for monthly rent rolls and reconciliation, tenant billings, Appfolio (real estate database) -Update quarterly investor reporting, and annual budgeting. Quarterly reports include management write-ups, lease termination analysis, loan maturity analysis, ROE and CAP rate analysis etc. -Interact with property managers, accounting group, lenders, government officials to meet various operational needs/requirements -Assist in re-financing, buying and selling properties when required -Assist with completing special projects when needed -Reconcile annual building operating expense increases -Process tenant move-outs Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Math and/or Economics -Strong communication, analytical, and computer software skills (mainly Excel and Appfolio – Real Estate -Database) -Must be well organized, self-motivated, comfortable with numbers and interested in property management -0-2 years of experience Benefits: -Fully paid medical, dental and vision coverage on the 1st following 60-days of continuous employment -Paid leave (vacation & personal leave) -Paid major public Holidays Annual Salary: Depending on Experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
