This position is ideal for individuals with the right technical skills and creativity. A Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing projects from conception to delivery, working closely with clients and company leaders.
We are seeking a CSM with relevant experience in WordPress, DNS, and the web development process. The candidate should be a good team player, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and flexible in their approach. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to learn new technologies and communicate technical concepts effectively to clients with varying levels of expertise.
The Role Interacting with clients to understand key business requirements.
Building websites with a creative approach and activating social networking platforms for clients.
Assisting in selecting appropriate technology frameworks and discussing proposals with clients.
Having a solid understanding of web development.
Testing websites and identifying technical issues.
Acting as a communication liaison between Technical Support, Customer Success, and Customers.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
Knowledge of WordPress.
Understanding of domains and DNS management.
Basic knowledge of FTP and SQL connections.
Familiarity with Elementor, Figma, HTML, and WordPress.
Strong analytical skills.
