commissioning, and service in-house.\n\nJob Role: The Product Development Engineer designs and develops industrial refrigeration products while working with cross-functional teams to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability from concept through production.\n\nKey Duties:\n\nProduct Development & Design\n\nDesign and develop new industrial refrigeration products, systems, and components.\n\nCreate mechanical designs, assemblies, and detailed drawings using CAD software.\n\nEvaluate and improve existing products for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction.\n\nSupport prototype development, testing, validation, and field trials.\n\nConduct engineering calculations related to thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid flow, structural integrity, and engineering or product development experience, preferably in industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, or process cooling systems.\n\nProficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.\n\nStrong grasp of mechanical and refrigeration engineering principles\n\nUnderstanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer principles.\n\nFamiliarity with manufacturing processes including welding, fabrication, and assembly.\n\nKnowledge of IIAR, ASME, and refrigeration safety standards.\n\nExperience with ERP systems and engineering documentation practices.\n\nAbility to analyze data, conduct testing, and solve complex engineering problems.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nOccasional travel to job sites may be required\n\nAbility to access manufacturing
