Descriptions & requirementsJob DescriptionOur Geographic Enterprise Solutions (GES) Pickers are critical to our success at FritoLay! GES Pickers are responsible for a variety of warehouse duties in our state-of-the-art automated warehouse referred to as Geographic Enterprise Solutions. Although you will start out as a GES Picker for FritoLay, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This job can open the door to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo. In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:Monitor label/print machines to ensure no jamsUtilize Warehouse Control System (WCS) to address system faultsMove and store carts properly throughout the warehousePick appropriate product according to order using required technologyLoad trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailerDistribute product and assist in weekly product inventoryGeneral housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required (e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer, take out the trash, etc.)We are open 24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule, and our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
